All age groups can compete. There will be prizes for overall winners as well for the winner of each age group.

What protocols do you have in place to protect participants in light of the Co-Vid 19 virus.

We are trying to honour the protocols published by the Ministry of Health. As such, we will be temperature testing each athlete. Additionally, while you do not have to wear a mask while running, you do have to wear one while mingling before and after the race.
