DIRECTORS
Anna Thompson
An experienced and qualified Senior Management Professional with more than 20 years’ experience in the banking, advertising, manufacturing and quasi government sectors, Mrs Thompson is the organisation’s Founding Director.
The holder of an Executive MBA, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, a BSc (Hons.) in Social Sciences and a Diploma in Teaching, Mrs Thompson has been involved in human capacity development throughout her career, both as a practitioner and Consultant. Her teaching career, her love of country and her involvement in the Paragon Hockey Club have all played an integral role in her passion for human development.

Colin Thompson
Colin Thompson, is a lifetime Educator and retired Principal (Ag) of the South East Port of Spain Secondary School where he served for thirty-eight years. He started at the school as a Chemistry teacher and rose through the ranks to becoming Dean and subsequently the Principal.
His commitment to the development of people was also manifested in his commitment to Paragon Hockey Club where he served as Coach since 1995. During his coaching career for the past twenty five years he has coached all the teams under his care (both male and female) to many championship titles from the junior to the highest divisions.Throughout his career, he has been involved and surrounded by teenagers whom he mentored and guided.Mr Thompson also has a keen interest in photography, hiking and herbal medicine.

Danielle Thompson
An attorney at law for the past twelve years, Ms. Thompson has been employed at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions for the past eight years.
As an active member of the Paragon Hockey Club for the past 25 years, she has served on the executive at various periods during that time. Through this association, she has been able to coach and mentor many of the club’s younger members.
Ms. Thompson has also represented Trinidad & Tobago internationally, both as a player and tournament official for field hockey

Celeste Bereaux-Albert
Celeste has in excess of five years working experience with the last two being in the field of Human Resource Management where she has provided strong support in recruitment, compensation management, project management and market research, to name a few areas.
Operations Officer of the EPOCH Foundation, Celeste has coordinated, planned and executed many of the foundation’s fundraising activities and has been responsible for coordinating the programme delivery as well as the Graduation.
Her expertise lies in her excellent communication and interpersonal skills, her analysis and presentation of data and her project management skills

Cavelle Joseph St. Omer
Mrs. Joseph-St. Omer is a globally recognised Human Resource executive with over fifteen years of experience working to effectively balance big picture thinking and strategic planning with hands on execution. Ms. Joseph-St.Omer, is currently the Head of Human Resources at the National Insurance Property Development Company Limited (NIPDEC).
Cavelle is a passionate champion of policies and laws that advance opportunities for women and girls. She has a strong desire to achieve gender parity which inspires her to advocate for improved childcare solutions in the work place and most recently the introduction of sexual harassment legislation in the workplace in Trinidad & Tobago.
Cavelle is one of the facilitators of our flagship programme, Beyond the Horizons.

Deon Grandison
Mr. Deon Grandison holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration specializing in International Finance which compliments his sixteen years work experience in the field of Accounting and Finance. His impressive track record of professional achievements has been attained in both the public and private sector.
Mr. Grandison’s diverse and dynamic work experience and professional portfolio includes notable positions such as Chief Financial Officer, Assistant Financial Controller, Financial Controller and, of course, Lecturer. In addition to his Masters specialization in Finance, he is also a qualified professional of the Association of Chartered Accountants.Mr Grandison is also a facilitator of the Beyond the Horizons programme.
